Responsibilities:
Promotion and application of data management ability: based on the methodology of KPMG, identify the problems and needs to be promoted in various fields of data management, proposes proposals and solutions based on the current situation and actual needs of the clients, and assist the clients to complete the specific requirements for the improvement of the capacity and the implementation of the work, assist clients to establish data management system and data standard system
Multidimensional statistical analysis application and decision-making cockpit: fully communicate with clients, understand the key indicators needed for decision support and multidimensional statistical analysis needs, based on the KPMG methodology, complete the construction of the statistical analysis system, and complete the design and construction of the data application system
Experience:
Bachelor degree or master degree in finance, economics or mathematics
More than 3 years working experience in financial institutions or consulting companies
Familiar with the products, processes and evaluation indicators of one or more business areas of financial institutions (banks, insurance, etc.) , can help users to sort out business processes, identify and build index evaluation systems, refine business requirements, carry out demand analysis and design, and skillfully write analysis and design documents such as "business requirements instructions"
Familiar with one or more domain related work in the data management system, including but not limited to data standards, index systems, data quality, data applications, and so on, can help clients identify problems in the field of data management, and form a comprehensive promotion plan and a short term promotion plan for data ability. Proficiency in writing capability enhancement report, analysis report, planning proposal report and other documents

Responsibilities:
Assists manager in project management
Participate in project management including liaising / interacting with clients / clients' advisors / other KPMG teams
Project execution and management including conducting / reviewing valuation analysis, drafting reports, identifying common issues and communicating with Senior Manager / Manager
Coach junior staff during daily work
Experience and Knowledge:
Proficient at conducting valuation / pricing analysis by using common valuation methods, e.g. cost approach, market approach and income approach
Well communication skills on quotation / research
Confident and efficient with any routine financial modeling
Demonstrate strong commercial awareness when producing and analyzing financial and business information
Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of maximizing the capabilities of common research tools
Basic experience and awareness in financial reporting purpose valuation including basic knowledge of China GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS
Fluent Chinese / English language skills including business writing, speaking, reading and listening
Education and Professional Certifications:

This growing team offers comprehensive economic advisory and tax services to multinational companies by reviewing and formulating transfer pricing policies, assisting in transfer price defense case and supply chain planning. Clients are provided both with strategic transfer pricing planning aligned with evolving business strategies and assistance in complying with diverse requirements imposed under transfer pricing regimes.
Responsibilities:
Developing, marketing and implementing transfer pricing solutions
Identifying work opportunities through internal and external network of contacts
Developing and maintaining excellent client relationships
Developing, managing and supporting inter-company pricing for existing and new supply chains and identifying opportunities regarding tax and business efficient supply chains
Supporting the lead partners to ensure effective and timely input to business initiatives and projects, including marketing initiatives, thought leadership and technology-solutions
Managing a team of transfer pricing professionals in supporting, planning and / or delivering projects as appropriate
Experience:
University degree in economics, finance or engineering and / or MBA
At least eight years relevant experience in a professional firm or in the industry
Experience and understanding of international transfer pricing and tax principles, with China market experience / focus preferred
Strong skill in written and verbal English and Chinese, Cantonese language skills are a strong plus
Analytical, strategic mindset with strong numerical skills
Ability to work and perform under pressure with tight deadlines
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong skill in written and verbal English, with other languages representing a potential advantage
Good MS office skills, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
